Personal Development and Mentoring
At Give and Take we know that young people have things going on in their lives that can make work seem difficult. We offer a range of personal development support and activities.
Personal development is about supporting young people to participate in activities that will improve how they feel about themselves. It provides opportunities for young people to gain self awareness, confidence, skills and knowledge which are necessary if they are to have a healthy lifestyle if they are to be able live independently in the community.
